Duncan's academic credentials reflect his commitment to a multidisciplinary approach. He holds an MSt in Interdisciplinary Design in the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College. This unique educational background combines technical expertise, business acumen, and built environment specialization—a powerful foundation for reimagining the future of commercial real estate.

As both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Duncan bridges the financial and physical aspects of real estate, positioning him uniquely to evaluate investment opportunities and advise on operational improvements that deliver measurable results.

Beyond his commercial endeavours, Duncan serves as a pro bono strategic adviser to UK charities through Pilotlight.
