We also help both emerging and established real estate managers in optimising their platform for future growth and resilience.

We propose - and can assist with implementing - specific and measurable actions that help our clients achieve their goals as quickly and cost-effectively as possible whilst strengthening their organisation for the future.

Our advisory services model

We structure our advisory services using three engagement types of increasing length and depth depending on our clients needs:

  • Rapid initial review: a condensed project to promptly identify key potential value creation opportunities

  • Targeted “sprint”: implementing tangible improvements to a high priority area of our client’s business

  • Customised engagement: providing any combination of longer team strategic advice to management and support on specific projects
